In 2016 the Champagne world market has confirmed the positive value trend. The growing value per bottle is related to high-quality choices of consumers and to new drivers of growth in exports.

Effective April 1, Champagne AR Lenoble will be exclusively distributed in New York by Lauber Imports, a division of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits.

We’re excited to announce that Champagne AR Lenoble will be co-hosting a tasting on Tuesday 27th June at 18.30 at Master Sommelier and restaurateur Xavier Rousset’s brand new Comptoir Café & Wine, opening in April in London’s Mayfair.

The climatic conditions immediately before harvest saved the 2016 crop after a very challenging year. Beautiful sunshine at the end of August and in early September lasted throughout the harvest and permitted us to obtain ripe grapes.

The 1996 vintage was a special one for all Champagne producers, but for none more so than Antoine Malassagne (pictured). At the age of 28, he joined his sister Anne Malassagne as fourth-generation managing owners of the family firm AR Lenoble in Damery and saw in his first vintage as winemaker.
